The storage battery management method
recommended by IEEE STD 1188 & 484.
1)
The correlation (inverse proportion) between the values of residual
capacity and internal resistance is analyzed and proved by real
load discharging.
2) If the residual capacity(Ah) decreases
by aging, the impedance value increases by more than three times.
